I’ve been kind of tired of trying product after product and dealing with all the promises, but this one actually surprised me. I’ve only used it twice and my hair already feels softer, like it’s not constantly begging for moisture anymore.

Hard to get on evenly. Took forever. Messy too.

I trusted the influencer hype way too much on this one. They made it seem amazing, but the actual experience was underwhelming. What annoyed me even more was how unclear it was who actually owns or runs the brand. If something goes wrong, who are you even supposed to deal with? Just felt a lot less trustworthy once I looked closer

I really wanted to like this, especially after standing in that long queue just to get it, but it was kind of disappointing. My hair felt a little softer the first time, so I thought maybe it was going to help, but after using it a few more times it pretty much went back to feeling the same as before.

For the price, I expected a lot more. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but mine still looked frizzy and dry, so it definitely wasn’t worth the wait or the money for me.

I reached out to customer service they answered way quicker than I expected. I was kind of bracing myself to wait around, but nope, they replied right away—which was nice because I had other stuff going on too. Really appreciated the fast response.

I ordered from xmondohair.com because I kept seeing people mention the scent, and I wanted to know if it lived up to the hype. It does smell really nice, fresh with a little sweetness, and definitely not like cheap hair products.
The only thing is I expected it to be a bit more subtle, so it caught me off guard at first. It was stronger than I pictured, but it settles down after a while, and my hair still smelled clean the next day. Overall I liked it, just not quite what I expected at first.

I didn’t expect it to show up this well on my hair, but the color came out really bright and nice. The payoff is great, and I love how easy it was to get such a good result.

Then the shipping took longer than I expected, which was annoying as hell, and one of the items showed up kinda messy in the box. Customer support did get back to me, but they were slow, so that didn’t exactly help. Overall, I wasn’t super satisfied, and I probably wouldn’t order again. Just felt like a lot of hype for a meh experience.

I signed up for the subscription because I go through the same shampoo regularly, it’s been easier than I expected. I figured there might be some delays or extra steps to manage it, but the shipments have shown up when they said they would, and it’s nice not having to remember to reorder.

The promo codes were simple to use too, which was a pleasant surprise since I’ve had other sites make that kind of thing annoying. I saved a little on my last order without jumping through hoops, so overall I’m happy with how it’s worked out.

My hair was super dry and kinda rough before, but after using the XMONDO stuff for a bit, it feel a lot softer and doesn’t break as much. It did take a few washes to really notice, but I’m happy with it.

The box showed up dented, which didn’t surprise me because I already had a feeling the packaging might be a weak spot. The product itself was fine and still usable, but it didn’t really wow me. Kind of confirmed my first impression that it’s okay overall, just not something I’d call great.

I tried this toner because I was hoping it would tone down the brassiness in my blonde hair, but I didn’t see a huge change. A few pieces maybe looked a little cooler, but overall my hair still had that yellow tone. To be fair, I’m not totally sure if it was the product or just my hair not taking to it well, but it didn’t do enough for me to buy it again. It didn’t damage my hair or anything, so there’s that.

I was relieved when this showed up because I’m so tired of ordering hair products online and then having to deal with tiny bottles or returns. This one is actually a good size for the price and looks like it’ll last me a while. It was packed fine too, no issues or extra back-and-forth needed. I’d order it again...

I returned my item and the whole thing was ridiculously easy. The refund came through fast, and there was absolutely zero hassle. it could not have been smoother...

It works fine, I guess, but I don’t see what makes it cost this much. Kind of feels like they’re banking on people not looking too closely at what they’re actually getting. Not terrible, just not worth the price to me

I’ve been using this for a bit and it’s definitely helped tame my frizz. It didn’t make it disappear completely, but my hair looks smoother and feels easier to manage. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something that helps without expecting a total miracle.

I bought this hoping it would help define my curls, but i kind of had a feeling it wouldn’t work great for my hair because products like this usually don’t.
